The HR Project Manager leads and manages the delivery of key HR projects within our organization. This includes the planning, executing, and monitoring of HR projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR project management in a large organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.
