Why should I enroll in this online Employee Lifecycle training course?

The work of HR is centered around the workforce of the organization. This course does not require prior HR knowledge or experience. It is designed for those who are new or transitioning into the role of an HR professional, or have just joined a growing business as their first HR hire. Once enrolled in this course, you will start from the foundation of HR — understanding how to position HR in the business context and how to support the organization in your capacity — before moving on to the specifics of the Employee Lifecycle.
