Again great article from your side.
We solved exactly the same for one the top 5 Pharmaceutical organization of India. They use SAP as their HR transactional system, with time they didn’t update their organization structure but there were certain changes in people data, the way they do their business. Due to this, for their monthly MIS; HR Managers need to do lots of data cleansing on monthly basis(this become a monthly reoccurring task).
Using #TalendOpenStudio and #Pentaho #BI, we solve this problem.
This saved 12 man months worth of time; every time.
